The terms, disclaimers and eligibility requirements for the contest are

1. The prize winner will be contacted via email in March 2025.

2. The winner must be within the city of Winnipeg limits.

3. The furnace cannot be larger than 100,000 Btu.

4. The prize includes installation as per normal Mr. Furnace Best Practices.

5. The prize winner must own and reside in a single-family home with a central heating and air conditioning system that regulates temperatures throughout the home with installed ductwork. Hydronic systems, boilers, wood stoves, outdoor wood boilers, electric baseboard heaters, oil systems, or fireplaces are not eligible for replacement and are excluded from the Program. In some unique situations, a home may be fitted with mini-split units that do not require ductwork. Mobile homes and manufactured/prefabricated homes are not eligible. 

6. The prize winner must also be the age of majority or older in the Prize winner’s province of residence.

7. The prize winner must provide evidence of home ownership.

8. The prize winner must not be an employee, officer, director, or an immediate family member or live in the same household, whether related, of Mr. Furnace, Mr. Furnace's new Home, Goodman, or the Dealers, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, wholesalers, vendors, public relations, advertising, or promotion agencies. “Immediate family” is defined as biological, step or adoptive parents, siblings, children, stepchildren, and spouse.

9. Mr. Furnace must receive the Prize winner’s permission to provide the Prize winner’s information to the media and to post on all of Mr. Furnace's Social Media, permission to email marketing offers etc. 

10. The prize winner must provide Mr. Furnace or its representatives adequate access to inspect the Prize winner’s residence and determine the need for and suitability of installing replacement Equipment if the Prize winner is chosen as a Recipient.
